AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor in Agra
I am Sudhanshu Pachouri, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 251867) based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. I help individuals and families invest in mutual funds through SIPs and lumpsum investments, from KYC to ongoing service.
What does a mutual fund distributor do?
A distributor helps investors reach mutual fund schemes. This includes explaining how schemes work and what risks they carry, helping with KYC and paperwork, setting up SIPs and other transactions, and giving service after you invest.
A distributor is different from a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. A distributor receives commission from the mutual fund companies on Regular Plans, while a registered adviser charges the client a fee. I act as a distributor. Please read my Disclosures page for details on commission and Regular Plans.

Frequently asked questions
How does a distributor earn?
A distributor receives trail commission from the mutual fund company on schemes sold through them. The rate varies by scheme and is published by each mutual fund on its website. Details are on my Disclosures page.
Is a distributor the same as an investment adviser?
No. An Investment Adviser is separately registered with SEBI and charges the client a fee. I am registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor.
Can I verify your ARN?
Yes. My ARN is 251867, and you can verify an ARN holder’s details on AMFI’s website.
What is a Regular Plan?
A Regular Plan of a scheme includes commission paid to the distributor, which is built into the scheme’s expense ratio. Investments made through me are in Regular Plans.
Does it cost extra to invest through you?
Your costs are the scheme’s expense ratio and any charges described in the scheme documents, such as exit load. Ask me about these before you invest.
Which mutual funds do you offer?
The list of mutual funds I am empanelled with is on the Disclosures page or available on request. You may also consider alternatives that I do not offer.
