Who this policy covers

This website is run by Sudhanshu Pachouri, AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 251867), Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Sudhanshu Pachouri. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.

Information I collect

• Details you give me: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the topic you are interested in, and any message you write. This includes enquiries through the contact, requirement, quick call-back and unlisted shares forms.
• Unlisted shares enquiries: the company you asked about and, for a Buy Now enquiry, the number of shares you entered and the indicative total shown to you.
• Page you came from: I record which form or page your enquiry came from, so I know how to help you.
• Technical data: to prevent spam and misuse, I keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for a short time. I do not store it in readable form.
• Website analytics: I may use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited. This may place cookies on your device. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
• WhatsApp: if you click a WhatsApp or call button, your chat or call happens on WhatsApp or your phone, under their own terms and privacy policies.

I do not collect bank details, card numbers, passwords or OTPs through this website. Please never send them through a form.

Why I use your information

• To contact you about your enquiry and answer your questions.
• To understand your needs so that I can discuss suitable products and services with you.
• To keep records of enquiries, and to protect the website against spam and misuse.
• To improve the website, for example by seeing which pages are useful.
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements that apply to me.

I use your information only because you chose to submit it, and only for the purposes above.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I may share it only with:

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, to maintain records I am required to keep, and for legitimate business purposes. After that, I delete it or make it anonymous.

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricted admin access and secure connections. No online system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask me to:

• correct information that is wrong or out of date;

I publish a client's name, feedback or photograph on this website only with that client's permission. You can ask me to remove it at any time.

This website is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, please contact me and I will delete it.
